The first technician that treated our home for ant infestation explained why the DIY treatments I was using were not working. In addition to spraying around the outside, he applied professional ant bait in a few places inside. But a few weeks later we still had ants! So I called back and Suzi immediately scheduled another technician to revisit our situation.

James came to my home to help rid our home of the rodent problem we've been suffering with. He showed up on time and answered the many questions I had all while remaining friendly and kind. Having rodents in your home can feel embarrassing, but both Suzi whom I spoke with on the phone, and James, made me feel comfortable and not judged. Really down to earth people!!
