I called just looking for a quote (we had a pesky hornets nest) and the woman who answered the phone was so nice. I feel like calling around for price quotes can be hard because people can be rude or rush you off the phone since you may not be an immediate paying customer. She did neither, and was very professional, kind, and thorough with my quote and questions. My husband's last ditch effort ending up working and I was actually a little disappointed that I couldn't call her back and hire Sound Pest Control! If we ever have another pest issue they will be our first choice.
