Sound always has an appointment when I need them last minute. All the staff is so friendly and polite. We haven’t had any issues since they have been out for both mice and for an absurd amount of ants. Would definitely recommend!

The first technician that treated our home for ant infestation explained why the DIY treatments I was using were not working. In addition to spraying around the outside, he applied professional ant bait in a few places inside. But a few weeks later we still had ants! So I called back and Suzi immediately scheduled another technician to revisit our situation.
